1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website www.taylorsmeats.com (the "Site") or placing an order with Taylor's Meats ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or services.

 

2. Products & Pricing

All products offered on our Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are per unit as described on the product listing. All beef products are USDA Prime and cut to approximate weight. Actual weight may vary slightly. The price displayed is the per-item price at the listed approximate weight.

We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the affected order and will notify you promptly.

 

3. Online Orders

Orders are placed through our online store at www.taylorsmeats.com. By placing an order, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age

• The information you provide is accurate and complete

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided

Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability. We will contact you if any item in your order is unavailable and offer a suitable alternative or refund.

 

4. Payment

We accept credit and debit cards only. All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Taylor's Meats does not store your card details. Full payment is required at the time of order.

By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total order amount, including any applicable delivery fees and taxes, to your chosen payment method.

 

5. Delivery

Taylor's Meats offers delivery to customers located within Southern California. Delivery availability, fees, and estimated timeframes will be displayed at checkout.

We take great care in packaging and handling all products to ensure quality upon delivery. However, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or carrier issues.

It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the address provided. If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive it, additional fees may apply for redelivery.

 

6. Perishable Goods

All products sold by Taylor's Meats are perishable. It is your responsibility to properly store all products upon delivery. Taylor's Meats is not liable for spoilage resulting from improper storage after delivery.

We recommend refrigerating or freezing all meat products immediately upon receipt.

 

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we handle refund and cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason — including product quality, incorrect items, or damaged goods upon delivery — please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at taylorsmeats@gmail.com. We will review your request and work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Order cancellations requested before an order has been prepared or dispatched may be accommodated. Cancellations after preparation has begun may not be eligible for a full refund.

 

8. Product Descriptions & Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, weights, and images on our Site. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the exact appearance of the product you receive.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Taylor's Meats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
